  • Do I need a pump to inflate the sofa? No pump is needed! Our inflatable sofas are designed to be inflated by whisking them through the air to trap the wind, then rolling the end tight and buckling it. We provide a video guide with every order.
  • What if it gets a puncture? Our sofas are made from durable, rip-stop material (similar to parachute fabric). However, sharp rocks or thorns can happen. If you encounter a leak, please email support@qubixo.shop. We can guide you on repair or assist with a replacement if it's a manufacturing defect.
  • What currency is the store in? All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank will automatically convert the total to New Zealand Dollars (NZD) at the current exchange rate when you checkout.
  • How long does shipping to New Zealand take? We ship internationally from the USA. Typical delivery takes 7 to 13 business days. Please allow a little extra time for NZ Customs and Biosecurity clearance.
  • My item arrived damaged, what do I do? Please do not return a damaged item immediately. Simply take a photo of the damage and the packaging, then email it to support@qubixo.shop. We will resolve this for you quickly.
